Terms and Conditions

Dala Designs reserves the right to cancel or modify the program/ dates of any of the advertised lectures or events. Notice of program changes/ alterations to any part of the programs or events will be provided/advised in good time to any person whom who has purchased tickets.

All tickets purchased are non-refundable. In the the event of a cancellation, a refunds or a transfer of pre-purchased tickets for another event in the 2010 program may be allowed at the discretion of the organisers.

The organisers accept no responsibility or liability wheather whether in contract or in tort or under any statute for loss of, theft or damage to person(s) or property.
